Electronic Engineer
Impli is seeking a hands-on Electronics Engineer to develop hardware and firmware for its implantable biosensor platform, who will join the team 3 days a week.
You’ll design low-noise analogue front-ends for biochemical signal acquisition, develop embedded firmware for sensor control and data processing, and integrate electronics with our biosensor arrays.
This part-time role offers the opportunity to shape critical technologies that enable breakthrough medical diagnostics. Start immediately at our Birmingham facility (PHTA, University of

Biosensor Bioscientist
Impli is seeking a hands-on Biosensor Scientist to drive its NIHR i4i grant work and accelerate platform development toward clinical validation.
You’ll lead biosensor optimisation, in vivo study preparation, and novel R&D initiatives, focusing on biocompatible assay optimization and enzyme stability.
This role reports to Impli’s CSO and offers the opportunity to shape breakthrough medical technology from prototype to patient impact. Start immediately at our Birmingham facility (PHTA, University of Birmingham).
