Our meeting spaces
Whether you’re holding a meeting, running a training session, or hosting a video conference, our versatile space in Birmingham is designed to keep you focused, connected, and productive.
Our fully-equipped meeting rooms accommodate up to 60 people and feature state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, including large connectable TV screens – perfect for Zoom and hybrid meetings – as well as superfast, reliable broadband. For training sessions or larger groups, our training suite holds up to 120 people.
And to make sure everything runs smoothly, we can arrange hospitality and refreshments on request too through our preferred supplier, Robinson’s – everything from continental and hot breakfast baps, to creative sandwich platters and hot fork buffets. Or, you’re more than welcome to arrange your own catering.
Prices start from £20 per hour – full pricing available on application.
Small groups - up to ten people
Our small group meeting rooms are perfect for team meetings, presentations, interviews and 1-2-1s.
On our third floor, you’ll find rooms with capacities of 4 and 6 people.
Up on the fourth floor, our meeting rooms hold 6 or 10 people, with easy access to breakout spaces and tea points. Our 10-person room also benefits from natural light.
Finally, our fifth floor rooms each hold up to 6 people, with natural light and situated close to a tea point.
All rooms are fully accessible.

Medium groups - up to 32 people
Flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, our fourth-floor medium meeting room is ideally suited for board meetings, away days, training sessions and focus groups.
We can customise this room to your precise requirements in the following layout styles:
- Round tables (24 people)
- U-shape (14)
- Boardroom oval (16)
- Classroom (12)
Don’t need tables? A theatre-style layout extends the capacity of this room to 32.
This room can also be booked as a breakout space for one of our large meeting rooms – or, with the partitions opened fully, the combined space can host around 80 people (layout dependent).

Large groups - up to 60 people
With floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the room with natural light, our two large meeting rooms each have a full capacity of ~60 – making them ideal for board meetings, away days, training sessions and presentations.
We can customise these rooms to your precise requirements in the following layout styles:

Location
By road
BHIC is located just off the A38 Aston Webb Boulevard, three miles south west of the centre of Birmingham. Bicycle storage, electric vehicle charging points and onsite parking is available. By train
From Birmingham New Street station, connect to a local service to University station. Outside the station, turn left and follow Vincent Drive and New Fosse Way down to Birmingham Health Innovation Campus.
