PHTA resident Health Innovation West Midlands (HIWM) has been recognised with the Innovation in Health & Care Award at the SME News Midlands Enterprise Awards 2026.
As the innovation arm of the NHS in the region, HIWM works with healthcare providers, industry, academia, local authorities and innovators to accelerate the development, evaluation and implementation of solutions that address some of the most pressing challenges facing health and care. By connecting partners, sharing expertise and supporting the spread of proven innovations, HIWM helps ensure that new ideas can deliver real-world impact at scale.
